Mark’s Motorsports in Enfield, CT has dropped the Italian-made Aprilia motorcycle line. It now now just sells Triumph and Royal Enfield motorcycles, Kymco scooters and Can-Am vehicles.
Dealership owner Mark Bujak cited “terrible customer service” as the reason for ditching the brand, explaining that it took four months for the store to get reimbursed for replacing a fuel pump on a customer’s bike that was under warranty. Aprilia has yet to pick up the models on the floor.
Bujak said the dealership will now focus on Triumph and Can-Am. “Those two companies have their head on straight,” he said.
