Video: Philip Richter Talks Turtle Garage Collection

LAKEVILLE, CT – He’s the man behind Turtle Garage. He’s a motorcycle and car collector who blogs about his passions, which includes motorcycles and cars. Philip Richter of Ridgefield, CT has the ultimate man cave in Bedford, NY for his vintage collection. It includes a 1938 BMW R51, a 1937 BMW R6, a 1962 BMW R60/2 and a 1990 BMW K1.

Richter brought eight bikes, including a 2005 MV Agusta F4, to the 35th annual Historic Festival at Lime Rock Park over the Labor Day Weekend. The event honored him as Motorcycle Collector of the Year. As the rain poured down on Sunday, RIDE-CT & RIDE-NewEngland chatted with Richter about his collection and about Turtle Garage:
