MINNEAPOLIS – Polaris has released a new spring 2016 line-up for its Slingshot model. The reverse trike will come in two new colors – gloss black and, on the SL model, silver. There will also be a limited edition SL model in white pearl that will have powder-coated red accents, an interior lighting kit and blacked-out cast aluminum wheels.
Polaris will continue to offer the Slingshot in red. Also new this spring will be black seats and new graphics on the SL models.
The Slingshot will be available in three trim levels:
The base model will come in black and have 17-inch alloy wheels in front and an 18-inch rear wheel. MSRP is $21,499.
The Slingshot SL will come in red or silver and have 18-inch cast aluminum wheels in front and a 20-inch wheel in the rear. It will also have a blade windscreen for wind protection and a media console with 4.3-inch LCD screen, backup camera, Bluetooth integration and six-speaker audio system. MSRP is $25,499.
The Slingshot SL LE will come in white with a red powder-coated frame, swings arms, springs and front-arm suspension. There is also a tinted wind deflector. MSRP is $26,499.
