Another Indian Dealer in New England?

It has been five weeks since Indian took wrappers off its new 2014 Chief models at the Sturgis rally, having earlier said its goal is to have 120-140 dealers across the country by year’s end.

The only Indian dealership in New England listed on the company’s website is Indian Motorcycle of New England in Worcester, MA, but its now appears that a second is on the way.

A Facebook page recently appeared for Indian Motorcycle of Westfield. The initial post says the store is expected to open by Jan. 1.

Ducati has unveiled a “Supermid” version of its 1199 Panigale superbike. The 2014 899 Panigale was revealed in advance of the IAA International Motor Show in Frankfurt, Germany. The bike weighs in at 372.5 pounds dry and has 148 horsepower. The 899 Panigale is due in showrooms in October and will be available and red with black wheels or white with red wheels.
