NEW YORK – With a price tag of $25,000 and a supercharged 998cc in-line, four-cylinder engine, Kawasaki’s new 2015 Ninja H2 is designed for a select few riders, and is only available for order through Dec. 19.
Kawasaki has brought one to the Progressive International Motorcycle Show at the Javits Center, along with pro drag racing champion Rickey Gadson and his H2R drag strip version of the bike. Gadson had a hand in helping to design the H2R and called it his biggest accomplishment.
“You’ve never felt acceleration like the H2 and H2R,” said Gadson during press day on Thursday. He also fired up his H2R with a warning that the sound would be loud, and it was – much louder than the video suggests.
