A motorcycle daredevil performed stunts at the more than 100 miles per hour and taunted police officers during an hour-long pursuit in Southern California on Wednesday night. TV cameras captured the action. Phillip Resendez, 22, of Rancho Cucamunga was eventually arrested and booked.
