Evel Knivel To Return As Comic Book Hero

Motorcycle daredevil Evel Knievel has been dead for nearly six years, but memories of his heroics live on, prompting a comic book publisher in Vancouver, WA to bring out a new series starring Knievel. Bluewater Productions plans both paper and digital versions of the Evel Knievel comic book as well as a graphic novel that will track his adventures.

Bluewater Productions’ president and editor-in-chief, Darren G. Davis said in a press release “our aim is to keep the legacy of Evel Knievel alive, presenting an homage to this amazing man that will appeal to adults who followed his career years ago and introducing him to new fans among today’s teenagers.”
