Cop Hits Rider and It’s Caught On Video

A rider in Las Vegas was on his way to work at Planet Hollywood about 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 16 when he got rear-ended by a city cop, who then proceeded to place the blame on the rider for applying his brakes.

The rider, John Paul Rosario, captured the incident on video. Rosario kept his cool while being yelled at, but later posted the video on YouTube for the world to see. A note on YouTube says an internal investigation has been launched into the incident. Judge for yourself:
