End Is Near for “American Chopper”

“Entertainment Weekly” and EW.com are reporting that Discovery Channel is bringing “American Chopper” to an end in December after 10 years and 233 episodes. No longer will Paul Teutel Sr. (pictured above) and his son, Paul Jr., battle it out – at least on TV and at least for now. The show was cancelled previously and rose from the dead. The program dates back to 2002. EW.com has the story here.

The 1970 Husqvarna 400 Cross owned by Steve McQueen will be auctioned off by Bonhams on Jan. 10 in Las Vegas.

Also up for grabs will be a 1902 Rambler in original condition and four BMW racing motorcycles, including a rare Kompressor. The auction will be held at Bally’s Hotel & Casino. More details can be found here.
