A man, a dog and sidecar rig provide some tales of out of Texas and some incredible photography. It’s contributing columnist Bob Rosen’s Link of the Week. To learn more and to check out an introductory video about “The Oasis of My Soul” go to the Link of the Week page.

Not to tread into Bob Rosen’s territory in providing a neat link, but RIDE-CT.com played “fly on the wall” this morning at the annual business meeting of The 101 Association at George Yarocki’s shop in Torrington, CT (below picture). The organization is for owners of Indian 101 Scouts and those who love the model.

1-101 Association

The 101 Scout was only built between 1928 and 1931. Some 11,000 were manufactured and there are only about 1,100 running in the world today. The 101 Association has nearly 300 members in more than 20 countries. It’s great to see such dedicated motorcyclist enthusiasts sharing their knowledge and promoting the 101 Scout.
