It took a few days, but Triumph has confirmed a special edition Bonneville SE as well as a special edition Speed Triple for 2013.
The Bonneville SE has a red frame with a matte black and cranberry red color scheme on the tins. It also has Thruxton-likefront indicators and headlight mounts, black passenger grab rail and skid plate and black mirrors. Price is $7,999.
The Speed Triple SE has a blue frame and swingarm. It comes in either matte black with blue matte decals or crystal white with blue gloss decals. Price is $13,399.

Tire warmers are not an item that street riders routinely purchase. Heck, until I came across the following video this morning, I’d never heard of them, but apparently they’re used in racing.
A company in Red Hook, NY called Chicken Hawk Racing sells tire warmers that even allow riders to choose a temperature setting – 130, 155 or 175 degrees. They’re pricey, though, costing as much as $650. Anyway, before heading out on the track, it’s proper to remove your tire warmer. This guy didn’t:
