WOODCLIFF, N.J. – BMW Motorrad USA is out with MSRPs for some 2017 models, with the price of two popular GS models getting boosted $200 apiece. The R 1200 GS will now cost $16,695 and the R 1200 GS Adventure going to $18,895.
The cost of some GS options is going up as well.
The addition of Keyless Ride will raise the price of the Touring Package by $250 to $1,695 and the price of the Premium Package by $250 to $3,200. The price of Dynamic Traction Control, Hill Start Control and Dynamc Pro Ride will increase $40 to $450.
The base price of the S 1000 R model is also going up, climbing $300 to $13,795.
BMW also revealed the prices for some R nineT models.
The R nineT Racer, which features clip-ons, a steel gas tank and a half-fairing has an MSRP of $13,295. It will be in showrooms in March. Spoked wheels will cost $500 more. An aluminum gas tank will run either $850 with visible weld or $950 with sanded weld. Heated grips are $250. Anti-theft alarm is $395. Automatic stability control is $400.
The more entry level R nineT Pure will cost $11,995 with the options costing the same. It will also be in showrooms in March.
