Mid-summer means a lot of bike shows and events. Here’s a sampling of July events that are worth attending:
July 8-9: This weekend it’s the Hard Times Chopper Show from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Ralph’s Diner in Worcester, MA and the third annual Bennington Bike Night in Bennington, VT on Saturday evening. On Sunday, it’s the annual Woodstock Vintage Motorcycle Ride at 11 a.m. in Woodstock, NY. It departs at noon from Woodstock Lodge.
July 15-16: On Sunday, it’s Doc’s fourth annual Vintage & Classic Bike Show in Waterbury, CT.
July 22-23: This will be the busiest weekend for Indian lovers and owners. On Saturday, there’s the Vintage Motorcycle Rally & Hendee Day from 11 a.m.to 3 p.m. at Hilltop Farm in Suffield, CT. It’s followed on Sunday by Indian Motocycle Day at the Lyman and Merrie Wood Museum of Springfield History in Springfield, MA.
July 29-30: The month ends with the Iron Adventure Run for H.O.G. members at Loon Mountain Club in Lincoln, NH from July 27-29 and the 18th annual Northeast European Motorcycle Rally in Newry, ME from July 27-30.
