The owners of the four millionth Harley-Davidson made at the company’s plant in York, PA got a factory tour on Monday. Robert and Susan Singler of Summerville, SC were flown in by Harley to meet the workers who made their 2013 Road Glide Ultra. The “York Daily Record” has the story here.

A small California start-up company has designed a radical new motorcycle helmet that it claims can provide greater protection in low-speed spills than a conventional helmet.

Motorcycles bearing the classically British name Matchless haven’t been made in years, but the marquee name recently changed hands, going from Greek to Italian ownership. Franco Malenotti, who revived the Belstaff motorcycle apparel line, now holds the Matchless name and hopes to build some new motorcycles that will draw their inspiration from G80, Silver Hawk and Silver Arrow designs.
