“On Any Sunday” Sequel Opens

Today is opening day for “On Any Sunday: The Next Chapter.” It’s a sequel to director Bruce Brown’s Academy Award-nominated documentary “On Any Sunday” from 1971.

Directed by Bruce’s son, Dana Brown, “On Any Sunday: The Next Chapter” is designed like the original to celebrate the passion riders have for motorcycles and “shows that passion for riding motorcycles is as strong as ever,” according to the film’s website.

Included in the film are many well-known motorcycle racers, among them Marc Marquez, Dani Pedrosa and James Stewart as well as motocross legend Doug Henry.

“On Any Sunday: The Next Chapter” is showing in theaters in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island. A list of theaters may be found here.
