Twisted Throttle, which is based in Exeter, has acquired the Toronto-based company A Vicious Cycle. Here’s the news release:
EXETER, RI – Twisted Throttle announced last week their acquisition of A Vicious Cycle, a Toronto-based parts & accessories dealer and distributor. The combination will enable Twisted Throttle to expand their reach into the Canadian market, allow access to additional distributed brands, and most importantly provide better customer service to all Canadian customers, both dealer and consumer.
Erik Stephens, owner and CEO of Twisted Throttle, says, “We are excited to begin this next phase of growth. Customer service has always been one of Twisted Throttle’s greatest strengths, and with this acquisition we can leverage both company’s strengths and relationships to better serve our customers and ultimately create a stronger position in the market.”

The transition will take place over the course of the next 12 months, with no disruption to dealers and consumers. Until operational processes are merged there will be no change in order processing or fulfillment.
