IMOC Sets Later Date For 2015

STURBRIDGE, MA – It has traditionally been a mid-September event, but this year’s IMOC rally is getting pushed back to the end of the month. Event co-chair Steve Rossi says this year’s 32nd annual meet will staged on Sunday, Sept. 27 at the Hamilton Rod & Gun Club here.

IMOC stands for Italian Motorcycle Owners Club. Besides serving as meet co-chair, Rossi is also editor of the club’s “Motociclista” newsletter. He explained that the reason for the date shift is because the gun club had events booked on preceding weekends. “Members get first shot (pun intended) at the dates,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Moto Guzzi National Owners Club will stage its 44th annual national meet June 18-21 at the Cheshire Fairgrounds in Swanzey, NH.
